For the participants from TURKEY:
- Universities and Non-Governmental Organisations; hotel bookings, accommodation and travel expenditures to Afyonkarahisar (by submitting the bus tickets) will be maintained by TGNA.
- Public Institutions; hotel bookings and accommodation will be maintained by TGNA, however travel expenditures to Afyonkarahisar will be maintained by their own institutions.
For the participants from OECD/SIGMA supported by Delegation of the European Union to Turkey; hotel bookings will be maintained by TGNA. Travel, accommodation and all other expenditures will be maintained by the participants’ own organization.
For the participants from the member states of PUIC;
Meeting and Accommodation
The meeting will take place at the Anemon SPA Hotel in Afyonkarahisar (www.anemonhotels.com)
Accommodations
The Turkish Parliament has made arrangements at the Anemon SPA Hotel for all participants.
Language
Simultaneous translation in English, Arabic and French, will be available throughout the meeting.
Registration Form
All Delegates need to complete the attached registration form and return it to the Secretariat ahead of the meeting until 16 August 2010.
Flight Arrangements
Turkish Airlines sponsored the meeting. All participants are expected to arrive 22.10.2010 to Ankara and depart from Ankara 26 10.2010. All Delegates should inform the Turkish Parliament Secreteriat about their names and flight Schedule.
- Turkish Airlines will provide the tickets only for the destination where Turkish Airlines operates.
- For the destination points of Turkish Airlines www.thy.com.tr
- Registration form is also the Ticket Request Form.
- After sending registration form, Turkish Parliament will send the electronic tickets to Turkish Airlines Sales Office.
- If there is direct flight to Turkey from your country, You should apply to Turkish Airlines Sales Office in your country
- İf there is no direct flight from your country, You should choose the nearest point of Turkish Airlines destination and inform the Turkish Parliament by your registiration form. In the point you choose, your electronic tickets will be ready in the Turkish Airlines Sales Office.
